Transport cosmetics products in IBCs

Choose from a variety of different IBC types to transport and store cosmetics products or ingredients for the cosmetics industry. With a capacity of between 400 and 1,000 litres, you can use our stainless steel containers for in-house needs or for charter transport to supply machines. The large containers also offer a flexible solution as industrial packaging. On request, our IBCs are available with UN certification or CE certification, as a result of which they are also approved for the transport of flammable cosmetics products. On request, we can modify our IBCs individually according to your needs, so the IBCs can also be operated under a pressure of up to 2 bar, for example.

The ideal transport containers for liquid cosmetics products

Our standard range includes aseptic, cubic and heatable IBCs. Our IBCs for cosmetics products can be equipped with different outlet connections, modifications to the manhole lid or even with different sealing materials. Special equipment is available on request.  

Our aseptic containers for low-germ transport are the optimal solution to safely and securely store liquid pharmaceutical products and cosmetics. They are available in various stainless steel grades and capacities, and are suitable for high-viscosity products such as creams and personal care products. The 90° angle of inclination allows the IBC to be emptied almost without leaving any residue. 

The Meter Cube is a practical, sustainable alternative to plastic IBCs thanks to its cubic shape and flat design. Its construction makes it stackable and particularly space-saving. It is available with a capacity of 1,000 litres. 

Electrically heatable IBCs with electric heating and insulation are also available for temperature-controlled liquids such as paraffins or waxes, adhesives and fatty alcohols. The 2000-watt heater allows temperatures up to 120°C.
